I walk you through the strategic recommendations. Once we’re aligned on direction, your action plan is delivered within one week.

I stay closely involved through strategic sessions as you execute. Sessions are structured around where you are in the process, with more frequent touchpoints early on and check-ins built in throughout.

This isn’t a questionnaire. I push, I question, and I challenge what you think you know about your business so what we build is grounded in what’s real about your business, not just how you see it from the inside.

  • For business owners who scramble to find the words when someone asks what they do, or who default to describing their service rather than why someone should choose them. Also for those about to launch something new who want to build their brand intentionally from the start.

  • No. The full strategy work goes deeper, and not everyone is ready for that investment yet. But if you're going to put your business out there, you're better off doing it with a clear sense of what makes you different and how you want your brand to sound. Without it, everyone you work with, your graphic designer, your social media manager, your copywriter, gets a different version of your business depending on what you said that day. The Foundation Session gives you something consistent to hand them while you decide if you're ready to go deeper.

  • Each one-hour session is focused on what you need at that stage. At the start of the month, we’ll discuss what’s coming up. In later sessions, we can review content before it goes live or look at your data and adjust as needed. Sessions are held in person or virtually.

    For the Sprint and the Complete Picture, it helps to have been operating for at least six months so there’s something to look at and learn from. You don’t need to have your marketing figured out. You just need to be ready to think honestly about what’s working and what isn’t.
