About.

A woman sitting sideways on a wooden chair with a beige cushion, wearing a brown blazer, black top, black pants, and black heeled shoes, with a neutral expression, sitting against a plain light-colored wall.

I started at the ground level, merchandising makeup for L'Oréal and Maybelline, interning at alice + olivia in New York, cold calling businesses to sell advertising, including Burger King's head office in Toronto (I got the sale.).

Every Angle, Then One.

I also spent time in communications for a non-profit, work that turned into a fractional marketing role I still hold today.

Then a Master's in Corporate Marketing and Communication from IE Business School in Madrid, a startup launch that generated $100K in first-month sales, and three years at a marketing agency, where I was promoted to Strategic Services Manager.

What Drew Me to This Work.

What I've learned is that most businesses aren't missing effort. They're missing the foundation that makes the effort pay off, and that foundation is usually already there. It just hasn't been named or put to work. It's often so intuitive that when I surface it, the reaction is 'why didn't I think of that?'

Finding that one insight that changes how everything else lines up is the part of this work I care about most.

A young girl with a hairstyle, wearing a white dress with floral patterns, standing indoors next to a large leafy green houseplant in a white pot, smiling at the camera.

Where It Really Started.

I grew up around people building small businesses. Every single one of my family members has or has had one. I was the kid setting up tables and chairs in the basement, pretending I had my own restaurant. I've been fascinated by what it takes to build something since before I knew there was a word for it.

I want the people who have the courage to build something on their own terms to have a strategic foundation their marketing can build from.

The Work.
